On the 14th of January 2018 at 19:00 in Rome, at the National Academy of Santa Chechilia (Santa Chechilia Hall) the Opening  ceremony of the “Russian Seasons”  was held to become a large-scale cultural project initiated by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

Gala-concert of laureates of the All-Russian Music Contest (2010-2017).
On the 23rd of January at 19:00 at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall the Gala concert of laureates of the All Russian Music Contest took place, starring the gold medal winner of the of the 15th International Tchaikovsky Competition, laureate of the III prize of the II All Russian Music Contest Dmitry Masliev(piano); winner of the silver medal at the 15th International Tchaikovsky Competition, laureate of the 1st prize  of the the II All Russian Music Contest Vasilisa Berzhanskaya(mezzo-soprano); laureate of the III prize of the II All Russian Music Contest Konstantin Suchkov(baritone), winner of the 1st  All Russian Music Contest Ekaterina Mochalova(domra), laureates of the first prizes of the II All Russian Music Contest Oleg Piskunov ( balalaika) and Vladimir Stupnikov (accordion)

70th birth anniversary of the great pianist and composer Farhad Badalbeyli.
On the 13th of December at 19:00 the legendary Azerbaijan pianist and composer, artist of USSR Farhad Badalbeyli performed at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall.
Murad Adigizalzade (piano), Azer Rzazade(tenor), Chiara Isotton (soprano) and the worlds famous orchestra– the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Philharmonic participated in the concert dedicated to his 70th birthday. The concert was conducted by Fuad Ibragimov, Ayyub Kuliev and Yalchin Adigezalov.

The international cultural and educational project “Parade of the Traditions of the BRICS People” represented the Cultural and research expedition “One belt  - one way. Friendship. Confidence. Consent.” In view of celebration of the 60 years of the Russian – Chinese friendship society and the 100 anniversary of the Great October Revolution, the Regional Public Organization “BRICS. The world of traditions” organized the cultural and research expedition from the 13th to 18th of November 2017 in the Chinese province of Shandong. The hosting Chinese part and co-organizer of the expedition was State Company for the Investment Development of Cultural Tourism “NISHAN CUR, Shandong Province, Qufu City.

Seasons of Culture Russia-South Africa 2016-2017
Seasons of culture  of Russia-South Africa 2016-2017 were held within the framework of the Agreement between the Governments of the BRICS countries on cooperation in the field of culture. The organizers of the “Seasons” is the Ministry of Culture of the  Russian Federation  and the Department of Culture and Arts of South Africa. Within the framework of the “Seasons” a number of cultural events take place both in the territory of the Republic of South Africa and in the territory of the Russian Federation.At the 28 and 29th of November singer Mari Carne and the Oleg Lundstrem Jazz Orchestra of Russia gave 2 concerts.

«Rhythms of Nature 2017» - Eytetsu Hayashi and the ensemble «Eitetsu Fuun-no Kai» (Japanese tayk drums)
Eytetsu Hayashi is the founder of Stage performing art on Japanese tayk drums. Until the middle of the last century tayk drums were used mainly on holidays and are still  associated with street performances. Attracted by the atmosphere and uncommonness of the instrument, Eytetsu Hayashi became one of the first performers to surf to the stage and add an element of performance.

Concert in Saint-Petersburg as part of the VI International Cultural Forum.
On the 15th of November at 19:00 within the framework of the VI Saint-Petersburg International Cultural Forum the Russia-South Africa Culture Seasons were held at the Leningrad Youth Palace, organized with support of the Governments of the BRICS, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the Department of Arts and Culture of the South African Republic.  The main objectives of the «Seasons» are the development of cultural cooperation and the strengthening of cultural ties between Russia and South Africa, the acquaintance of the Russian public with samples of the national culture of the South African Republic.

On 7th of November 2017 at 19:00 on the New stage of the State Mariinsky Theatre with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia the literature and musical evening ««Lessons of History», dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the 1917 Revolution in Russia took place. Igor Moiseev Ballet, the Kuban Cossack Choir, the St. Petersburg State Academic Ballet Theatre of Boris Eifman, St. Petersburg Music and Drama Theatre "The Blue Bird", Children's Choir of Television and radio St. Petersburg and pupils of the Children's Mariinsky Theater studio performed at the concert.

Festival of Indian Culture “Namaste, Russia”. Show «Ticket to Bollywood».
The Festival of Indian culture in Russia opened in May 2017 in Moscow as part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishments of diplomatic relations between India and Russia. The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Embassy of the Republic of India in Russian Federation, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations ICCR, Cultural center named after Jawaharlal Nehru. At the Festival of Indian Culture in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Kazan, Samara and Vladivostok were presented to the best music and dance groups India: Chamber Choir «Shillong», group «Nizami Brothers», an ensemble of Indian music in the style of fusion «Indian Ocean ". The festival of Indian Culture was closed by the show «Ticket to Bollywood».

Days of Russian culture in Central and South-Eastern Europe.
From the 18th to 28th of October in the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe –Slovenia(Maribor),Serbia(Belgrade),Macedonia (Scopje and Strumica) and Greece (Heraklion) the Days of Russian culture were held. The goal of the project is to strengthen and continue the development of cooperation in the field of culture between Russia and the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe. Days of Russian culture were held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation as well as the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Culture b and Information of the Republic of Serbia, Macedonia and Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Greece Republic. The culture of Russia was presented by Pyatnitsky Russian Folk Choir, as well as soloists: the winner of national and international competitions Vasilisa Berzhanskaya, soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia Anna Aglatova, winner of national and international competitions Rustem Khamidullin (cello), winner of international competitions German Kitkin (piano), the winner of national and international competitions Olga Artyugina (violin). Also a photo exhibition "Era of Grigorovich" dedicated  to the 90th anniversary of the greatest contemporary choreographer was shown during the  tour.

Days of Russian Culture in Vietnam.
From the 4th to 7th   of October 2017  he Socialist Republic of Vietnam hosted The Days of Russian Culture. In 2016  the Days of Viet man Culture in Russia were represented by the artists of the Vietnam State Opera and Ballet Theatre and musicians of the Vietnam State Academy of Music.
In 2017 a rich and interesting program for Vietnam spectators was prepared to be shown in Hanoi and Ho Chi Min aimed to introduce the rich culture of Russia. The Opening Ceremony - a concert by the famous Ensemble «Berezka» - took  place on the 5th of October in Hanoi Opera House. On the 6th of October in the Vietnam National Academy of Music Russian musicians Andrey Diev and Alexei Koshvanets played the masterpieces of Russian and foreign classics following their master-classes in “piano” and “violin” sections.  The days of culture ended at the Ho Chi Min Opera House with another performance of “Berezka”.

Days of Russian Culture in Turkmenistan.
The Days of Russian culture in Turkmenistan took place from the 1st to 3rd of October 2017 in Ashkhabad. The project was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan. Days of Russian Culture were conducted in accordance with the program of cooperation between the two ministries at 2015-2017 years. Organization and conduction of activities carries out Federal Direction of music and festival programs «ROSCONCERT».
The program of the days of Russian culture included two concerts of the legendary Igor Moiseev Ballet Company held on the 2nd and 3rd of October at the Palace of Mukam State Cultural Centre .

Days of Russian Culture in Palestine.
From the 4th to 9th of October in State of Palestine “The Days of Russian culture” took place. The culture of Russia was represented by the State Academic Honored Dance Ensemble of Dagestan "Lezginka". This was a joint project of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of the State of Palestine. This event contributed to the further development of cultural relations between two counties. The concerts were held in 3 towns: Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Ramallah.

Khon Masks Theatre performance on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and the Kingdom of Thailand.
The legendary Thai Khon Masks Theatre performed on the historic stage of the Mariinsky Theatre on October, 4, 2017 in Saint-Petersburg. Performance of the Theatre Khon is a spectacular dance drama based on the Thai national epic “Ramakien” (a version of the ancient Hindu epic poem “Ramayana”). Khon Masks Theatre combines several kinds of art: drama, music, painting and sculpture, as well as crafts.

The Opening Ceremony of the Festival of Culture and Sports of the People of the Caucasus-2017
The Republic of North Osetia-Alania (Vladikavkaz) hosted the Festival of Culture and Sports of the People of the Caucasus at the Spartak Stadium from September, 30 till October, 1, 2017. This event aimed to strengthen the links between the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, to preserve and enrich traditional culture of each nation in order to further develop the cultural dialogue between the republics. The Opening Ceremony began started in the evening. Guests and participants enjoyed the colourful theatre show with participation of heroes of the folk epics, fairy tales and legends. The final of the Celebration marked the Round Dance Simt, the Caucasian Round Dance of Friendship.
